The owners of this North London family home required a planting design for their entire rear garden. As the main living area looks directly out onto the garden, they requested lots of year-round colour and interest.

 

A mix of evergreen shrubs, ferns and perennials were used to provide seasonal interest, along with climbers and grasses to soften the straight edges of the hard landscaping.
