Owned by a couple of busy musicians with a young family, the front garden of this South London, terraced property had become overgrown and neglected.

 

The owners needed a low maintenance solution that could cope with the exposed, south facing position, and look good all year round.

 

The garden was landscaped with a series of terraces and then planted up with hardy Mediterranean specimens. A mixture of grasses, aromatic shrubs and herbs create a pleasant place to sit on a summer’s evening.
